Grace
Honoring those moments of synchronicity and trusting that the timing of everything in our lives is perfect, is a beautiful practice which can be strengthened through Yoga. A part of yoga is explored on the mat with our asanas, meditation and pranayama. Another path of yoga is Nada yoga, the yoga of sound. We explore this within our classes with the mantras, and this week we will share a potent mantra together-
Celebrating the synchronistic moments when the mysterious flow of life brings me to the right place, at the right time, I come to understand that I am being guided by an invisible hand. Trusting this, I rest in the perfection of each moment.' Some experience it as grace, the total trust and surrender to this grace is where the practice lies.
So let's remind each other this week, that each time something arises that can be seen as challenging-trust that it is perfect divine timing. Each time a positive situation arises -honor that timing as a perfect serendipitous moment rather than a sheer coincidence. Why not live our lives in this flow?? Om Kala Vide Namaha-I trust in the perfect timing.

~ Sogyal Rinpoche

“As you dissolve into love, your ego fades. You’re not thinking about loving; you’re just being love, radiating like the sun.”
