The Sivananda hatha class focuses on yoga poses, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation. It is a very nurturing practice appropriate for all.
Our body communicates clearly to us what it needs, this class invites you to be open and willing to listen.

Massage
My philosophy with massage is when you touch a body you touch the whole person, the mind, the emotions, and the spirit. I approach massage from this all embracing perspective which is experienced throughout the treatment.
I invite you to choose from a variety of different massage styles, depending on your needs. Remedial, Sports, and Deep Tissue for those who have injury, tenion or physical limitations. Or feel blissfully whole and nurtured with Relaxation, Intutive or KaHuna Hawaiian Bodywork.

Energy Healing
Energy Healing is a powerful yet non-invasive method of healing that realigns your chakras and subtle enrgy bodies by releasing any blockages from all levels of your being.
This will help in preventing or treating any imbalances in your mental, emotional physical life and to maintain a state of positive clarity and welness.
I strongly support and gently guide my clients as they liberate the body's natural healing journey.
