The type of energywork I do is working with your lightbody. Firstly we will do some basic breathing exercises to ease you into meditation and clear your logical mind of any clutter. The next part of the process can shift or change for each individual or circumstance. A general treatment may involve a basic clearing of your chakras(energy centres), then clearing your energybody in all time space and dimensions. This is done by me placing my hands on different parts of your body and being a conduit for the powerful lifeforce energy. It is important to remember that by giving you a treatment, I am not giving you a 'healing' as such. I am merely channeling light to clear blockages, so you can remember your truth. 

Every session will be different depending on what arises during the treatment. Whatever comes up is happening because it is something you need to hear or learn at this point in your life. There is a meaning behind every symbol and experience. I am getting guidance from various guides on what I should be doing to help with the process of clearing. The treatment may also include crystal or sound therapy.

The most important part of receiving a healing is to drop any expectations you may have or any judgments that may arise. Remain open. Afterwards we will discuss what arose for both of us and how you can work on what may need releasing.
